Terms and conditions
Latvian law requires an online store owner to provide delivery, returns and withdrawal information. These terms form the distance contract.
Distance contract
The seller of the goods offered in this online store, hereinafter the Seller, and the person placing an order, hereinafter the Buyer, enter into this agreement.
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods according to the Buyer's order.
Delivery and payment
The Buyer places an order through this website and may pay using the payment methods available in the online store or an invoice sent by email. The invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a signature.
After an order is placed, a Karlsoni representative will contact the Buyer only if clarification is needed regarding delivery time, goods, quantities or price before dispatch.
The Seller delivers goods within 20 days after payment is received, unless the product description states another delivery time. Omniva parcel-terminal delivery times depend on workload.
If incorrect delivery details cause the parcel to be returned, delivery and product costs are not refunded. If the product is undamaged, the Buyer may receive it again after covering the delivery costs.
Product descriptions are available in the online store. Images are illustrative and the actual product may differ. Most products are living plants, so availability depends on the season and plant size. Orders unpaid for two working days are cancelled.
Right of withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods by sending a withdrawal notice to the Seller. The Buyer must return undamaged goods within 7 days after sending the notice and covers the return delivery costs.
The Seller may deduct payment-provider commission and resulting administrative costs up to 10% of the order total.
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for goods that cannot be returned by their nature, quickly deteriorate or are quickly consumed, or goods made specifically to the Buyer's individual order.
Under Section 12(6) of the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law, the consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. The Seller may refuse withdrawal or deduct compensation if the goods are damaged, handled carelessly, used contrary to instructions, or their original packaging is lost or seriously damaged.
The Seller refunds the returned goods within 3 working days after receiving them.
Data processing
By providing the information required for an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the data will be used to process the order and deliver the goods in accordance with Latvian law. The Buyer agrees to receive order-processing notices at the provided email address.
