Growing and care:
☀️ Position: Sunny, warm and sheltered from wind.
🌱 Soil: Light, well-drained, sandy or stony. Heavy, wet and overfertilised soil is unsuitable.
💧 Watering: Moderate, allow the soil to dry between waterings.
❄️ Overwintering: It does not overwinter outdoors in Latvia. To keep it for the following year, bring it indoors to a bright, cool room in autumn.

Uses:
In the kitchen: Excellent with meat, potatoes, vegetables, marinades and soups.
Drinks: Adds flavour to teas, hot apple drinks and refreshing lemon water.
For wellbeing: Traditionally known as a plant that supports memory, concentration and digestion. Contains valuable essential oils and antioxidants.
