"Salvia officinalis Tricolor"

Grown for both its beautiful appearance and excellent culinary properties. The leaves contain aromatic oils and are rich in vitamins A and C.

An excellent substitute for common sage in recipes, especially where the visual appearance of the dish is also important.

Used to prepare sausages, pork, poultry, soups and stews, giving them a distinctive flavour and colour.

Perennial plant.
